The Rundown: Sam and T’Challa fight alone against an upgraded Mad Thinker.

After taking down the final member of the Masters of Evil, Black Panther and Captain America need to prepare to take down their leader the Mad Thinker. The villain has donned armor that uses the powers of his comrades and is on a collision course to find the two Avengers.
As the three battle and Mad Thinker uses all of his considerable talents and tactics against the duo, the fight takes an unpredictable turn when T’Challa reminds the villain that outsmarting someone is different than outthinking them.
The Story: MacKay brings this arc to a conclusion that is satisfying and often fun. There is a quickness and deliberateness to the plot and everything moves at a pace that allows for some fun and thrilling moments of action. The pace does have it issues though with one of the reveals happening a little too fast for me and losing the emotional impact it should have had. Other than that, the finale of the issue was a fun moment and wraps up this arc well.
The Art: Broccardo delivers fun, vibrant and beautifully detailed art throughout the issue. The action scenes were amazing and I loved the character moments towards the end of the issue.
